All Sales Are Final

All sales made through our online store are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to sizing issues or change of mind. We provide detailed sizing charts for every product to help you make the right choice before purchasing.

Defective Items Only

Returns or exchanges are only available for items with manufacturing defects.

To report a defect, please email us at support@divinelygood.com within 14 days of purchase. Include the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the defect
  • A brief description of the issue

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Free of stains, odors, or damage
  • In original packaging with tags attached

If these conditions are not met, the item will be returned to you at your own expense. We reserve the right to assess and determine the condition and eligibility of any returned item.

Shipping & Refunds

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once the defective item is received and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.
